James was responsive and very thorough. I had a difficult dent to repair on my Tesla rocker panel, but the results were great. He picked up my car, made the repair, and returned to me the same day. Chose not to make the repair in my parking lot because of the complexity. Need to take to his shop. Throughout the process, he kept me updated with the status of the repair. Cant say enough good things about Blue Owl.

I am writing this review to compliment James and Blue Owl on the high-level of professionalism. There was an incident In my son‘s apartment garage in which workers dropped something on his hood. James came out and inspected the vehicle to provide a quote. He provided the quote we requested; however, based on the location and the extent of the damage, he indicated he could only remove 80% of the dent AND the car would still need to be painted. For those reasons, he suggested that we not pay for his dent repair, and instead take the car to a body shop. These days, most automobile repair shops only want to take your money. Highly recommend James and Blue Owl! We will certainly utilize his service in the future if needed!

I called James about a dent from someone opening their car door into ours. We’ve had this car less than 2 weeks, so we were eager to get it fixed. He was able to come out the next morning and pull the dent for us, you would never know it was there! He was very friendly, professional and up front with pricing. He did a great job of explaining the process and completed the job in about an hour. It was very convenient that he came to us with all the tools needed for the repair. Blue Owl did a fantastic job fixing the dent I had in my drivers door caused by a shopping cart and an inconsiderate shopper. It was right in the crease so I was worried whether it would look like new but he was able to remove it completely

Saw my paint-scratch, assessed that it didn't need any dent repair. Told me that I could easily just touch it up cheap with the appropriate paint and gave the code for the color. Super helpful and looks out for you, even if you aren't a customer. He does minor touch ups with paint after a dent repair, so you don't have to factor that in your costs!
